Kelly’s bridal look was simple yet stunning with a lace overlay dress and a subtle sequined belt. Her bridesmaids wore fun coral dresses for a pop of color. Kelly and Kyle wed in the Summerall Chapel at Citadel University, a historic landmark on the campus. After a lovely ceremony beneath vaulted ceilings, the newlyweds exited underneath an arch of sabers from some of the Citadel’s servicemen. The couple and wedding party took advantage of the Citadel’s beautiful campus for portraits before heading to the historic Gadsden House in downtown Charleston for a lively reception.

Kelly & Kyle

The décor complimented the bright, airy atmosphere of the Gadsden House with dark wood and gold accents. Centerpieces featured lemons in vases and rustic candles surrounded by pink, orange, and ivory florals. Kelly and Kyle took a unique approach to their wedding desserts, offering guests glazed donuts instead of cake. The couple had their first dance beneath a tent in the courtyard, and the guests were ready to sing and dance along with them the rest of the evening. Kelly and Kyle exited the party surrounded by family and friends and were whisked away by a bike taxi.
