Central Park Engagement Session

Kelly & Caleb

Last November, Kelly, and Caleb went to NYC for the Thanksgiving Parade. Needless to say, there were so many people everywhere in the city, but only a few places were open due to the holidays. Luckily, Central Park is always open! In the midst of the holiday hustle and bustle, they sat down on a bench and chatted for a while – learning more about each other in the process. Not surprisingly, their time shared together in Central Park ended up being one of their favorite memories of their last trip to NYC.

That morning was a bit chilly and brisk, but we got to the park early in the morning, and the lighting could not have been better. With the most beautiful and perfect bouquet and a floral arrangement from Wild Floral Design in town, we visited the Bethesda Terrace and Fountain, Bow Bridge, an “unexpected” line of cherry blossom trees, and “the bench” – the place where they spent a long time chatting away!

To be able to revisit such a special place and capture their story, it reminds me of the very reasons why I love my job as a wedding photographer! I’m looking forward to their wedding in August even more!
